Stanisław Porczyński is an associate with Dentons Warsaw and a member of the Consensual Restructuring practice as part of the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy team.

He has worked on a number of financing transactions and restructurings, advising on collateral for financial institutions and preparing legal analyses and due diligence reports.

Stanisław is a graduate of SGH (Warsaw School of Economics) as well as Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and uses his knowledge and experience to deal with issues spanning the legal and financial domains, with special focus on the banking sector.
