Katia Boneva-Desmicht, member of the Litigation group, is specialized in national and international commercial and civil litigation. She works essentially in distribution law, commercial law, and more generally, contract law and responsibility. She has particular expertise in problems relating to rupture of established commercial relations. Katia also provides counsel in pre-litigation, negotiation and contract document review, as well as organizing advertising campaigns.

Katia, age 33, was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 and has a D.E.A in corporate law and economy from Paris I University – Panthéon Sorbonne and a DESS in Law and economic Globalization (2003) from the Paris Institute of Political Studies.

Anna Crevon, member of the Arbitration group, is specialized in international arbitration. She has worked on international arbitration files under the CRIDI. LCIA. ICC and CCS, as well as ad hoc arbitrations. She focuses on cases involving international investments.

Before joining Salans (now Dentons), Anna, age 35, worked at Shearman & Sterling from 2004 to 2010. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, she holds a DESS in foreign trade law (2002) from Paris-I Sorbonne University, a DE in general private law (2001) and a DSU in private law (2000) from Paris II-Assas University.

Béatrice Brugués-Reix specializes in employment law, with a focus in pre-litigation and litigation (French employment courts). She developed particular expertise in counsel and litigation involving psychosocial risks: stress, moral harassment, sexual harassment, and problems arising from discrimination. She mainly advises clients in the luxury, hotel and pharmaceutical industries.

Before joining Salans (now Dentons) in November 2004, Béatrice, age 42, worked at Lefevre Pelletier and Léandri. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002, she holds a doctorate in private law (2001) on transnational personnel representation, and a DESS in employment law and labor relations (1996) from Montpellier I University.

Angéline Duffour, specialized in employment law, advises a large French and international clientele in various sectors of activity (hotels, banking, pharmaceutics, fashion/luxury, chemical industry, etc.) in all corporate aspects : employment contracts, duration,  remuneration systems, acquisitions, restructuring, relations with personnel representatives, collective bargaining, company transfers, redundancy, remuneration and protection of managers/corporate officers, and detachment/expatriation, in both ligation and transactions.

Angéline, age 33, was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006 and holds a DEA in Corporate law and Economy (2004) from the University of Paris I and a DESS in business and tax / DJCE (2003) from Nancy 2 university. She also worked in the Salans New York (now Dentons New York) office in 2010.

Delphine Lombard works in pre-litigation and litigation in French employment courts, with expertise in fixed term contracts, duration of employment, and international employment contracts. Delphine advises local and international clientele on employment law questions regarding contracts, agreements and internal regulations, redundancy and other breaches, moral harassment, audits, leaders, personnel institutions and transactions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995, Delphine, age 42, holds a DEA in employment and union law (1994), and a Masters in employment law (1993) from Paris X University.

Cécile Szymanski, member of the corporate/M&A group, is specialized in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Cécile has strong experience in drafting corporate documents (statutes, decisions made by the Board of Directors and shareholders). She assists clients in preparing annual reports and participates regularly in shareholders and Board meetings. Cecile advises her clients on practical questions and also proposes the most suitable structures in complex operations (mergers & acquisitions, spinoffs). She also assists in implementing these operations. She represents French subsidiaries of foreign companies in coordination with French auditors.

Cécile, age 38, was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002. She holds an LLM degree from the University of Nottingham.
