Dentons advised NBGI Private Equity, a leading European private equity and venture capital investment firm, on the sale of a logistics portfolio in Poland to Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF).

The portfolio includes logistics parks in Toruń, Mysłowice, Legnica, Garwolin and Grodzisk Mazowiecki. It encompasses five warehouse facilities totaling to 126,289 sq.m. All properties are located near key transport hubs, allowing for convenient domestic and international transportation.
