Dentons has advised Skanska on the sale of four office buildings in three Polish cities to real estate fund manager Niam. The properties include the High5ive complex in Kraków (two buildings), Nowa Fabryczna in Łódź, and Green2Day in Wrocław.

Opened in October 2017, the seven-storey Nowa Fabryczna in Łódź offers over 21,500 sq.m. gross leasable area and 210 parking spaces leased to tenants such as Fujitsu, Whirlpool, Cybercom. KPMG, BSH and McCormick.

Green2Day office building in Wrocław is a high-quality office property offering over 18,000 sq.m. gross leasable area to tenants such as Ultimo, Tieto and KPMG. The building also offers co-working and short-term lease solutions through Business Link.

The two buildings of the High5ive office complex are located in downtown Kraków and offer 23,400 sq.m. of leasable space leased to tenants such as ABB, Ocado Technology, Business Link, KPMG, Symphony and Business Link. The project will ultimately consist of five office buildings with a total gross leasable area of about 70,000 sq.m.

All the properties are conveniently located prime office buildings eligible for the LEED Gold and Platinum certification. Each of the buildings will also be certified as a “Building without Barriers” - a designation awarded to real estate projects fully accessible for individuals with disabilities.
