Dentons advised P3, a developer of the European logistics properties, on the sale of a portfolio of five warehouse buildings located in Mszczonów to Elite Partners Capital, a Singapore-based fund engaged in real estate investment and management. Valued at approximately €125 million, the transaction is one of the largest logistics transactions in Poland in 2020 so far.

The P3 Mszczonów warehouse park is located in a dynamically developing logistics center, situated about 45 kilometers south of Warsaw. Ultimately, it will consist of 11 buildings. Divested portfolio consists of five A-class facilities, covering a combined usable area of more than 200,000 sq. m.

The transaction was led by partner David Dixon, partner Jakub Sobotkowski, counsel Agnieszka Nagórska-Kordeczka with the assistance of associate Paulina Dabek.
