Dentons advised Develia, a developer of residential and commercial investment projects, on the sale of the Wola Center office building. The property was acquired by a company controlled by Hines European Value Fund in Luxembourg.

The Wola Center office complex is located at ul. Przyokopowa 33 in the Wola district of Warsaw, the capital’s new business park bordering the very center of the city. The project includes four connected buildings that comprise a total of 31,000 sq. m. of Class A office space. The facility was designed by the leading Polish architectural design studio Kuryłowicz & Associates established by Stefan Kuryłowicz, holder of the SARP honorary award. Structure typical for a crystal was one of the inspirations for the design, thanks to which the look and color of the property change depending on the time of day and the sunlit.

The transaction was supervised by partner Bartłomiej Kordeczka and managed by Martyna Racz-Suchocka, senior associate, with the assistance of Alicja Grabowska, associate (all Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw).
