Vancouver—Dentons is pleased to welcome Julie Facchin and Samantha Chang to its Litigation and Dispute Resolution group as counsel and senior associate respectively. Based in Vancouver, the pair will focus their practice on commercial litigation.

Called to the British Columbia bar in 2010, Julie maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with particular emphasis on class action defence and privacy law. Her experience ranges from contract term disputes to competition legislation, and expands to cases with cross-Canada and international dimensions. As privacy counsel, Julie helps clients navigate privacy breaches and access to information issues. 

Samantha has exceptional insight in complex commercial litigation and class action defense across a broad range of industries. She regularly advises clients on shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence and competition law. She has also acted as litigation counsel in obtaining court approval of plans of arrangement.
