Paris—A cross-border Dentons team from Paris and Warsaw advised Ondura Group on the acquisition of CB S.A., Poland's leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty building materials, with subsidiaries in Poland and Germany. The acquisition subsequently triggered the creation of newly formed international group named Ondura Group, with a turnover of €350 million, 13 plants worldwide, and 2000 employees.

Ondura Group is a specialist in roofing and building waterproofing solutions. The group is owned by the investment fund Naxicap Partners.
