San Francisco—Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, announces today that Kimberly Kerry has been named managing partner of the Firm’s San Francisco/Oakland offices. She succeeds Sonia Martin, who now leads Dentons US as Chief Executive Officer.

Kerry chairs Dentons' national Health Care practice. She advises multi-hospital health systems, home health agencies, hospices and skilled nursing facilities on corporate transactions and on a variety of corporate governance and tax exemption issues. She has extensive experience counseling clients on Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and on licensing and accreditation issues. She also has a finance practice representing borrowers and underwriters in tax-exempt bond financings.

“Kim’s leadership and dedication to serving clients make her an ideal candidate for this position,” said Martin. “Kim has deep ties to the Bay Area community, and her energy and new perspectives will serve us well.”
