Global law firm Dentons has advised Hines, a global real estate investment, development and property manager, on the acquisition of three logistics assets in Spain and the Netherlands. The transaction was made on behalf of Hines European Property Partners (HEPP) core-plus fund.

The assets offer excellent connectivity to the local transportation networks and population centers. The Dutch properties are located in close proximity to Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. In Spain, the logistics center is five minutes from Barcelona’s El Prat Airport.

Evan Z. Lazar, Co-chair of Dentons’ Global Real Estate Group, oversaw the project which was coordinated by partner Sona Taghiyeva. Real Estate partners Itxaso Lopez Diez and Dirk-Jan Gondrie led the local teams in Spain and the Netherlands, respectively. The project team included associates Gumersindo Clemente and Francisco de Bonilla Diaz in Madrid, as well as notary Ines van Dijk, senior associates Stephanie Proost and Harti Dumatubun, and associates Mert Danismant, Yuri Katus and Tycho Mol in Amsterdam.
