Dentons Paris advised Tecnatom SA on the sale to Apave group of Tecnatom France, which is mainly engaged in the business of non-destructive testing inspection services for non-nuclear customers.

Tecnatom SA, which has been acquired by Westinghouse Electric Company, is an engineering company that provides services in the nuclear sector. Its main activities are centered on inspection and structural integrity services for components, training for operating personnel, and engineering related to support for plant operations.

Apave group is specialized in risk management through inspection, training, certification and labelling, consulting and technical support.
