London—Dentons has been appointed by Meta Platforms, Inc. to provide multidisciplinary legal services under a new EMEA Panel arrangement.

The global technology conglomerate has designated Dentons as one of its firms with "Preferred" first tier status, that will provide the opportunity to advise Meta and its subsidiaries, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Reality Labs and WhatsApp on multidisciplinary legal services which span: Product, Partnerships & Regulatory (including Data Protection and Privacy); Compliance & Ethics; Corporate, Governance & Civil Rights; Global Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement; Employment Law and Investigations; and Security, Integrity, Investigations and IP Law.

The firm's global relationship with Meta has developed through years of collaboration. Most recently, members of Dentons’ Global Privacy and Cybersecurity Group in the UK and the US delivered data privacy work to Meta, Facebook and WhatsApp.
