Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, announces today that Jeffrey Bush has joined the Indianapolis office as Of Counsel in the Corporate practice. Jeff focuses on securities law, corporate governance, contracts and other transactions.

Jeff assists clients with US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure and filing requirements, as well as compliance related to state securities laws. He also assists clients with negotiating and drafting contracts, articles of incorporation, bylaws and lease agreements, and he is experienced in advising on corporate stock transactions, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) and 401(k) plans.

Jeff comes to Dentons after serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for an Indianapolis-based investment advisory firm. He also is a former Chief Deputy Commissioner in the Indiana Secretary of State Securities Division.
