PanAust Limited: Acting on its investment in Highlands Pacific Limited by way of a share subscription (AUD 10 million).
ING Industrial Fund: Acting on its AUD$700 million institutional placement and accelerated rights issue.
Ingenia Communities Group: Acting in relation to its AUD$61.7 million capital raising through a non-renounceable rights issue.
Metminco Limited: Advising dual-listed resources company on a US$40 million institutional placing of shares on the ASX and dual admission and raising on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. The placing was conducted via an accelerated book-build and concurrent rights issue.
Amway Asia Pacific Ltd: Advising regional spin-off from Amway international group and simultaneous equity offer and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and New York Stock Exchange.
TPG Capital: Advising on the structuring of their acquisition and subsequent initial public offering of the Myer department store business.
ING Real Estate Entertainment Fund: Acting on its AUD$39 million institutional placement and rights issue.
Exalt Resources Limited: Advising on the re-compliance listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and associated capital raising to raise up to AU$20 million, due diligence, prospectus preparation and regulatory issues.
ASX Listed Company: Advising on a proposed dual-listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd and capital raising of approximately AUD 20 million (withdrawn before issue).
Foreign Listed Company: Advising on domestic law and regulation for purposes of dual listing on Singapore Exchange (SGX).
