Our group takes a results-oriented, strategic approach to negotiating, documenting and completing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Experienced in all types of commercial and multi-residential real estate transactions, expropriation, commercial leasing and land development, we can advise you on the appropriate structuring of co-ownerships, syndications, joint ventures, limited partnerships and structured financing. We represent both lenders and borrowers in restructuring, negotiating and completing a wide variety of credit transactions.
