15/06/2020 - Confindustria has published a position paper with indications to companies on how to manage COVID risk in order to prevent liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. The indications concern both "indirect" risks as a result of the economic situation and "direct" risks, especially with regard to the management of health and safety in the workplace.

The criminal provisions in the "Relaunch Decree" (Decree Law no. 34/2020) (in Italian)

05/06/2020 - The "Relaunch Decree" has introduced some provisions also from a criminal point of view, both from a substantive point of view, with the introduction of new crimes and with the increase in the penalty for those who declare false statements in self-declarations, and from a procedural point of view, with the suspension of the deadline for filing a complaint in the period from 9 March to 11 May 2020.
