Kaitlin Vetal is an associate in the Hospitality and Leisure practice group, advising clients on hospitality transactions including the acquisition, development and financing of luxury resorts and hotel projects.

Kaitlin provides counsel on forming joint ventures and funds and in connection with the development, acquisition, debt and equity financing, leasing and disposition of hospitality and real estate assets.

During law school, Kaitlin was a judicial intern for the Honorable Ryan T. Holte in the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. where she assisted in the adjudication of a civil docket.

Earlier, she was a legal intern at a plaintiff's law firm based in Virginia.
