Marco Schmidt, LL. M. is an associate in Dentons’ Frankfurt office and a member of the Competition and Antitrust practice group. He advises on all areas of German and EU competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations, cooperation and distribution agreements, abuse of market dominance as well as competition and cartel damage claims litigation.

Prior to joining Dentons, Marco worked as a research assistant and as a trainee lawyer for leading international law firms and companies in Frankfurt. He studied law in Trier, Málaga and Utrecht. Besides German, Marco speaks English and Spanish fluently.
