Berlin—Global law firm Dentons has advised the Scholz group in connections with the agreements with Japanese industrial group Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC), who will join Scholz AG, Essingen with a stake of 39.9 percent. Through this transaction the search for an investor has been successfully settled.

Scholz is an internationally active company of the metal and recycling industry with approximately 7.000 employees. Scholz and TTC have had a collaborative business relationship for some time.
