Kyiv—Dentons Partner, Adam Mycyk, spoke at the Fifth Ukrainian Investment Forum “Evolution After Revolution” which took place at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv on November 20. The Forum was organized by the CFA Society Ukraine and supported by the CFA Institute.

Adam participated in the fourth panel “Equity Investments: comeback through transformation” and commented on various aspects of the Ukrainian legal and judicial system requiring reform to improve Ukraine’s attractiveness for equity investments.

The one-day Forum featured four panels offering a top-down discussion approach around the Ukrainian authorities’ reform agenda, EU integration, security issues, macroeconomic outlook for 2015 and a block of topics related to potential financing sources for Ukrainian companies to finance their growth.

Speakers at the Forum included prominent economists, successful investors, government officials and policy makers and investment professionals, who shared insights on the current investment climate, examined market trends, suggested new investment opportunities, and delivered practical investment advice.
