Vancouver— Dentons was honoured to receive the International M&A Advisor Award in the category of Cross Border Regional Deal of the Year for US-North America in a presentation last night at a black tie gala held at the New York Athletic Club in conjunction with the 2016 International Financial Forum.

The Vancouver-based Dentons team that worked diligently on the mining and restructuring deal, comprising John Sandrelli, Jordan Schultz and Gary Sollis, was also recently awarded with the M&A Advisor Award in the category of Real Estate Deal of the Year and the M&A Advisor Turnaround Award in the category of Mining Deal of the Year and Cross-Border Restructuring Deal of the Year (up to US$100 million).

The M&A Advisor Awards recognize excellence in deal making, restructuring and financing, and celebrate the contributions and achievements of leading law firms and professionals.
