Dentons has earned a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's (HRC) 2017 Corporate Equality index (CEI) for the fifth consecutive year. The national benchmarking tool has recognized the Firm as one of the "Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality."

The 2017 CEI report rated major businesses based on their corporate policies and practices, including gender identity non-discrimination protections, equal spousal and partner benefits, health care benefits for transgender employees, an established diversity council and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. Dentons' continued commitment to diversity and inclusion resulted in a 100 percent ranking from the HRC in the 2017 CEI.
