Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, today announces that Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies counsel Helen Ogbara Reeves is included on Public Utilities Fortnightly’s inaugural Fortnightly Under Forty list, which recognizes young stars in the energy industry.

Reeves was recognized for her work with Dentons’ Smart Cities and Communities Think Tank where she helps emerging business and communities navigate rapid technological changes. Reeves focuses her practice on representing growth stage companies on a wide range of complex transactional matters including mergers & acquisitions, venture capital transactions, start up founder/corporate structuring issues, employment matters and general corporate advice. She regularly serves as the outside general counsel to a number of emerging growth and middle market companies, providing both strategic and transaction advice on major business transactions domestically and internationally. Reeves is a member of the American Bar Association’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee and is a co-founder of Dentons’ Women in Tech initiative.
