Judith Aron and Maxwell Carr-Howard have been part of Dentons' global efforts on compliance and investigations for nearly a decade. They helped to form the Firm's innovative approach to investigations and compliance during the Firm's largest single client investigation, spanning all regions, more than 45 countries, and involving more than 200 lawyers across the Firm.

Judith Aron has been recognized as one of the world's top 100 women lawyers by GIR's Women in Investigations and is Co-Head of Europe's Compliance and Investigations team. Judith brings more than 10 years of international transactional advice and has lived, studied and worked in France, the UK, the US, Russia and Germany. Maxwell Carr-Howard lived and worked in Europe for seven years and is now based in Washington, DC. Maxwell is a former federal prosecutor with the US Department of Justice, and has more than 25 years' experience in prosecuting, defending and investigating individual and corporate conduct, subject to US jurisdiction.
