A cross-border team of Dentons US and Dentons Rodyk lawyers was pleased to advise Closed Loop Partners as it led a US$10 million Series A round investment in ecoSPIRITS, which closed on May 10, 2023. This venture capital round involved several prominent financial and strategic investors and will help ecoSPIRITS, a circular economy technology company that has developed low carbon, low waste distribution technology for premium spirits and wine, scale and expand operations in key markets worldwide.
