Munich/Amsterdam—Global law firm Dentons has advised leading international marketing firm MMGY Global on its acquisition of German-based marketing and PR firm Lieb Management. The transaction will strengthen MMGY Global's European footprint. The company will now be known as MMGY Lieb.

The MMGY Lieb group includes major travel firms with a stronghold in the German-speaking market, including LMG Management, specializing in international PR, and Piroth Kommunikation, which focuses on the German-speaking European market.
