This honor recognizes Jim’s contributions to the field of bankruptcy and insolvency law. Jim has led numerous high-profile restructuring cases and provided invaluable guidance to clients navigating complex financial challenges.

The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary public service association of insolvency professionals who are invited to join based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, integrity, professionalism, scholarship and service.
