Bratislava—Dentons has advised Tatra banka on a syndicated loan of €123 million provided to Alto Real Estate by a club of banks to finance the flagship project SKY PARK Tower. The club of banks that provided the financing included Tatra banka as Agent and Arranger, as well as Československá obchodná banka, Slovenská Sporiteľňa and Všeobecná úverová banka.

The latest work of the world-famous Zaha Hadid Architects architectural studio in Slovakia, SKY PARK Tower combines iconic design with state-of-the-art technologies and sustainable solutions. It offers a new level of comfort within a park setting in the city center, with playgrounds, leisure space, restaurants, shops, and other services within walking distance. The project is the last element of the development, which also includes three residential towers, the preserved Jurkovičova heating plant, and the Sky Park Offices building. The development will consist of around 400 residences as well as commercial (700m2) and office space (2,000m2), including 631 parking spaces on four underground floors. The project is planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
