The Los Angeles Business Journal recognized partner Nick Pujji in its 2025 Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys issue, which highlights the city’s most influential minorities in the field of law.
Pujji was previously included in the publication’s 2024 Leaders of Influence: Labor & Employment Attorneys issue. He has become a go-to lawyer in the digital accessibility space, which addresses the ability of people with disabilities to access electronic resources. He has been retained by companies on more than 1,000 such lawsuits.
Other forms of complex litigation, particularly consumer and wage and hour class actions, make up much of Pujji’s work on behalf a wide array of clients. Additionally, emerging growth and technology startup founders, executives and investors often turn to Pujji to advise them on business structure, strategy, fundraising, partnerships, strategic transactions and risk evaluation.
Pujji’s commitment to uplifting his fellow minority attorneys is apparent in his role as co-head of the Dentons US Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Outside the Firm, he is active in a number of organizations related to his Sikh faith and identity, including the Sikh Coalition. He has partnered with that organization—founded after 9/11 in the wake of violent “reprisal” attacks against bearded and turbaned Sikh Americans—to help victims of discrimination and protect clients’ civil rights.
