Amanda Petherick (She/Her/Hers) is a paralegal team lead with Dentons' Banking and Finance group. Based in the Vancouver office, Amanda has over 20 years of extensive experience supporting lawyers and clients in all aspects of transactions involving commercial banking for various financial institutions and private lenders.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Amanda trains colleagues on specific matters related to banking and finance and Canada-wide due diligence.
