ASIC v FIIG: Lessons to be learnt from cybersecurity enforcement action taken by ASIC

Australia: For only the second time ever, ASIC has taken enforcement action against the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence alleging breaches of the Corporations Act arising from a cybersecurity incident.
