Gabriela is an associate in the Dentons office in Ecuador. She has  focused her professional career on administrative management and corporate advice to national and international clients, representing them in procedures before the control bodies and providing legal accompaniment for the fulfillment of their obligations to the control bodies. She also has experienced in corporate law matters, including the review and preparation of corporate documents.
