On 4 November 2024, the Tanzanian Mining Commission issued an important notice reminding all Mining Licence and Special Mining Licence holders to submit an updated Feasibility Study report in line with section 22(l) of the Mining Act, Cap. 123. Non-compliance will be deemed a default.
