About the new partners

Pamela Duffy has over 12 years of experience in labor and migratory practices, advising domestic and international clients from a wide array of industries in everything from day-to-day labor matters to highly complex labor litigation cases and administrative procedures.

Mario Chirinos has more than 12 years of practical experience in the Peruvian mining sector. He regularly advises foreign and local companies with respect to various legal issues, including mining rights, mining royalties, joint ventures, streamings, stock listings, bond issuance and general financing of mining projects.
