As the world faces a growing infrastructure deficit, traditional funding methods are proving insufficient to meet the rising demands.

At the 10th International SCL Conference, Istanbul, Turkey, October 2023, Dentons' construction partners from around the world presented their findings on this issue. Their recently published paper offers insights into the effectiveness of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Alliance Models in infrastructure contracting. It examines their historical performance and ability to enhance public-private coordination, aiming to identify best practices for funding and financing projects while promoting positive environmental outcomes, such as clean energy and net-zero structures.
