Kemar A. Roberts is an Attorney-at-Law in Dentons’ Antigua and Barbuda Office.

Kemar’s focus is on Corporate and Commercial matters. He has advised regional and foreign investors in high value and complex real estate transactions, asset purchase agreements, succession planning and corporate restructuring. He also assists with the drafting of commercial agreements and advising financial institutions on securities and debt recovery. Kemar also brings with him experience in civil and commercial litigation. Particularly, Kemar has made representations in matters involving the enforcement of foreign judgments, various injunctive proceedings, landlord and tenant disputes, subrogation claims and general contract and tort matters. Kemar has represented clients before the Magistrates Court, High Court and Court of Appeal levels. Kemar is a skilled negotiator focused on client satisfaction.

Kemar is keen on the areas of privacy, cybersecurity and fintech and is constantly evaluating the legal implications of new and emerging disruptive technologies. Kemar is also experienced in the registration of trademarks on behalf of corporate clients both locally and internationally.
