On February 3, Silicon Valley Office Managing Partner Stafford Matthews presented a timely session titled Contracts for the Next Catastrophe: Advanced Drafting Tactics. Unlike other webinars you may have attended, this will not be a course on litigating pandemic force majeure claims. It takes the next step and focuses on negotiating and drafting specific forward-thinking contract language to deal with the next catastrophic interruption of supply chains and other transactions for goods and services.
This session was submitted for 1.5 hours of general CLE credit.
