London—Dentons has advised Bilby plc on its intended admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, which took on 6 March 2015.

Bilby plc is a holding company that on Admission will acquire P&R Installation Company Limited (P&R) as the first step of a "buy and build" acquisition strategy focused on the recovery of the UK economy.

P&R is an established and award winning provider of gas installation and maintenance services to commercial and residential properties in London and South East England. P&R has expanded its activities in recent years to also incorporate general building services.

Bilby intends to expand its operations through the acquisition of businesses operating in markets similar to P&R.
