Montréal—Dentons is pleased to announce the arrival of Philippe Décary who has joined the Firm as a partner in our Commercial group. Philippe is based in our Montréal office.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial law, Philippe’s practice covers a wide range of business transactions, including those involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, project development and project finance. He represents public and private companies, private equity funds and institutional investors in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing and services, e-commerce and technology, consumer products, agribusiness, financial services, real estate, energy, mining and transportation.

In addition to his law degree, Philippe obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in administration (finance).  He is a chartered professional accountant (CPA,CGA).
