Dr. Markus Schrader, LL.M., joins Dentons’ Frankfurt office from Deutsche Bank.
Frankfurt—Global law firm Dentons today strengthened its team in Frankfurt with the recruitment of counsel Dr. Markus Schrader. He joins the Banking and Finance practice led by Dr. Arne Klüwer as well as the Capital Markets team led by Robert Michels.
Schrader joins Dentons from Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, where he started 2003 and served as Director and Senior Counsel since 2010. In this role, he advised Deutsche Bank and its subsidiaries on questions of German and European banking and securities regulation, compliance and governance issues. He also supported the bank on corporate, M&A and capital markets transactions, including recently the structuring and implementation of national and international transactions in the banking sector (including fin-tech).
