London—Dentons is pleased to have partnered with Property Week, the UK-based commercial and residential property magazine, and chartered surveyors Malcolm Hollis to launch Property Week's first-ever Power 100, a ranking of the 100 most powerful people in property. The inaugural rankings were revealed at an exclusive launch party at Dentons' London offices on 6 July and were published in Property Week on 7 July.

The list features the most influential individuals across every property sector – from residential through to leisure – and from every part of the industry, including agency, development, investment and beyond. Nominees were assessed across a number of key metrics, including dealmaking prowess, financial clout, industry knowledge, political power, networking skills, and innovation/disruption, and they must have had a transformative impact on the property industry over the past year.

Those individuals ranked in the top ten of the Power 100 list include Nick Leslau of Prestbury Investments, Bill Hughes of Legal & General Investment Management, Tony Pidgley of Berkeley Group, Cheung Chung Kiu of CC Land Holdings, David Montague of L&Q, Madeleine Cosgrave of GIC, David Sleath of SEGRO, Jonathan Gray of Blackstone, Helen Gordon of Grainger, and Paul Brundage of Oxford Properties.
