Dentons’ Banking and Finance team in Warsaw has advised BGŻ BNP Paribas on a €9 million and PLN 7 million financing granted to PDC Industrial Center 59, a joint venture of Panattoni and Marvipol, for the construction of the over 15,000 sqm warehouse Panattoni Park Warszawa Annopol.

In August 2018, the same team of lawyers advised BGŻ BNP Paribas on another €7 million and PLN 5 million financing granted to the same group, for the construction of the ca. 11,300 sqm warehouse Panattoni Park Warsaw Airport IV.

The scope of Dentons’ legal advice involved the preparation of a due diligence report on the property, the borrower’s company and the project itself. The team prepared all finance documentation required for the project.
