Dentons advised CPI Property Group (CPI), the largest commercial property owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, on the acquisition of Equator II office building in Warsaw, from Karimpol Polska, a developer operating in Central and Eastern Europe.

Equator II is the fifth office property acquired by CPI within last three months and the 10th owned by the company in Warsaw. The building is part of the Equator office complex located at Al. Jerozolimskie, at the border of Ochota and Wola districts in Warsaw. The facility was commissioned in 2011 and offers over 23,000 sq. m. of GLA on 14 floors.

Transaction was led by partner Monika Sitowicz and associate Andrzej Włoch, who were supported by Karolina Ostrowska and Aleksandra Łukasik (associates).
