Amsterdam—Dentons advised CTP, a developer and operator of logistics real estate, on the acquisition of Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub. CTP will acquire the shares of Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub for a net amount of €307 million, the largest sum ever paid in the Netherlands for a single logistics asset. CTP has been listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange since March 2021.

The logistics park in the Westelijk Havengebied in Amsterdam comprises approximately 120,000 square meters of storage and distribution space and approximately 11,000 square meters of office space. The site also has its own quay of 180 meters and good access to the A10 motorway. According to CTP, the logistics park meets the demand for space near the city center for delivery of goods. Thanks to solar power and wind turbines, the site also provides for its own energy needs. Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub will be completed at the end of next year and is already partly let.

CTP is mainly active in Central and Eastern Europe. Around the IPO, Remon Vos, who set up the company in the Czech Republic, announced that the company was interested to enter the Dutch market. This year, the company set aside €300 million to invest in the Netherlands. The company already has projects near Rotterdam and Waalwijk.
