Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw advised Futureal Investment Partners, a Hungarian investor belonging to the Futureal Group, on its first acquisition on the Polish commercial real estate market – the purchase of the Manhattan Shopping Centre (CH Manhattan) in Gdańsk (Northern Poland).

The purchased shopping mall is located in Gdańsk at 82 Grunwaldzka Avenue, in the central part of the Wrzeszcz district. Commissioned in 2004, CH Manhattan offers approximately 25,570 sq. m. of commercial space with around 120 shops and service points, as well as restaurants, cafeterias, a multimedia library and a modern playground. In the summer time, the property offers a Green Roof terrace with a restaurant and a sightseeing function. The total area of the investment amounts to 53,000 sq. m.

The acquisition transaction was led by counsel Ewelina Klein who was supported by associate Adrianna Kończak. The project was supervised by Bartłomiej Kordeczka, Partner and Deputy Head of the Real Estate practice in Poland.
