Dentons’ Environment practice in Warsaw has launched a new offering to respond to growing client demand for more sustainable product lifecycle management (PLM). As part of the new PLM offering, the team will also advise clients on Green Compliance to assist them in ensuring their business activities comply with environmental regulations, policies, and best practices.

PLM is a comprehensive process of controlling the design, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, distribution, after-market services, and subsequent disposal and recycling of a product in compliance with applicable regulations and - increasingly - with the principles of a Circular Economy, while at the same time addressing the manufacturer's commercial goals.
