Berlin—Global law firm Dentons has advised Luxembourg-based asset and investment specialist REInvest Asset Management S.A on behalf of the DRED SICAV-FIS fund on the acquisition of the “Brain Box” office complex in Berlin-Adlershof by way of an asset deal. The seller of the property in Berlin is the project company Gartenstadt Berlin-Adlershof GmbH & Co. KG. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The representative landmark building “Brain Box” is located in the center of Berlin’s science and technology hub, Adlershof. The total rental area comprises around 25,000 square meters. The commercial tenants include Gegenbauer Holding, a service provider in the field of facility management.
