Paris—Dentons has advised its long-standing client Marietton Développement (Havas Voyages), a travel and tourism professional, on the acquisition of 100% stake in Le Monde à la Carte (Austral Lagons).

Austral Lagons is a specialist in tailor-made trips to destinations in the Indian Ocean, Polynesia, Southern Africa, the Emirates and Latin America.

Hélion de Villeneuve, head of Le Monde à la Carte (Austral Lagons), will remain as Managing Director of the company and will become a shareholder of the Marietton Group.

Corporate partner Pascal Chadenet led the deal along with Marie Decrette and Maëva Cocotier (associates).
