Paris—Dentons advised LHH France on the acquisition of 100% of the capital of BPI group from Perceva, thus affirming its leadership status in the human resources consulting and support sector in France.

With a turnover of €40 million, BPI group complements the expertise of LHH France, whose turnover is expected to reach €70 million in 2021 and a strike force of over 800 employees in France.

This merger will strengthen LHH France's service offering, particularly in HR Consulting and Talent Development, and will enable the company to develop unique HR, organization, transformation and support activities throughout France, for companies of all sizes and in all sectors.
