Dentons advised European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on its subscription of an approximately 33% stake in Protection SARL, a Luxembourg entity that is the majority shareholder of the operating company Elba Bant Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Elbant”), one of the largest industrial enterprises in Turkey.

Established in 1959, Elbant is a producer of a range of duct tape, protection film, masking tape and double sided tape exported to over 40 countries worldwide.
